Miss Miel (getmissmiel.com) is a small business run by Dev Mehta. This page explains, in plain terms, what data the website collects and why.

What we collect

Enquiry form. When you submit an enquiry, we receive the details you enter (name, business, email, city, phone, and your message) so we can reply to you.
Visit analytics. When you view a page, we record basic technical information: the page visited, the referring link, your approximate location and network (derived from your IP address), your IP address, browser type, and a first-party identifier stored in your browser so we can understand repeat visits. We also record the approximate time you spend on each page, your device type, browser and operating system, your screen size, your browser language, and your timezone.
Third-party analytics. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate usage and how pages are used. These services set their own cookies.

Why we collect it

To understand which products and pages people are interested in, to improve the site, and to respond helpfully when you contact us. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Visit-analytics records (including IP and approximate location) are automatically deleted after 90 days. Enquiry details are kept as long as needed to correspond with you and manage our business relationship.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email sales@getmissmiel.com. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site still works.
