Miss Miel logoSingle-Serve Honey

Single-serve honey
for
modern hospitality.

Manufactured in India for hotels, restaurants, retail, gifting and export.
A signature spoon and a peel-back pod, considered from honey to seal.

Nature’s oldest
gift, served with
thought.

For centuries, honey has travelled in jars, in tubs, in plastic sachets that asked diners to tear, squeeze, lick a finger clean. The ingredient was extraordinary. The ritual around it was not.

Miss Miel began with a quiet question. What if the way honey arrived at the table felt as considered as the honey itself? A single, elegant spoon for everything stirred, and a peel-back pod for everything poured. No drip, no waste, no compromise.

What goes inside is pure honey. Raw. Unfiltered. Responsibly harvested through bee-friendly methods that respect the hive, the season and the land it draws from. Everything we make begins with that promise, and everything that follows is in service of it.

Miel

From the French and Spanish word for honey. Miel is a name that carries warmth, quiet elegance, and the simple beauty of something pure.

One honey.
Many ways
to be received.

“Our signature serves adapt to your brand, not the other way around.”

The spoon and the pod are fixed in design and quality. The form they arrive in is open. A sleeve, a gifting box, a tray, a carton. Each shaped precisely around how your audience will experience it.

The process
01

Filling

Every spoon and pod cavity is filled with raw, unfiltered honey under controlled, food-grade conditions. Dosed precisely, with no air pockets.

03

Packaging

Each sealed serve is individually wrapped, then collated into retail sachets, gifting boxes or bulk cartons depending on the order.

We didn’t create another honey brand.
We created a better way to experience honey.

The idea came to me at a hotel breakfast in a city I won’t name. The coffee was thoughtful. The bread was beautiful. The honey arrived in a small plastic tub, hard to open, sticky to put down, sweeter in promise than in finish.

It felt out of place. Like a footnote written in the wrong handwriting. We wanted to rewrite that footnote. Not louder, just with more care.

We believe small details leave lasting impressions.

Miss Miel is our answer to that quiet conviction. We hope you can feel it the moment you hold one in your hand.

Asked before the first order.

The questions hospitality, gifting and procurement teams ask us most, answered plainly.

What is a honey spoon?

A honey spoon is a sealed, single-serve spoon of pure honey. Peel the film, stir it into tea or coffee, and there is nothing else to open, pour or wash. One spoon holds a measured 8 gram portion, so every cup gets the same amount, with no drip and no shared jar.

What is a honey pod?

A honey pod is a deeper 16 gram portion of pure honey in a hexagonal peel-back cup, without the spoon. Where the spoon stirs into liquids, the pod is for drizzling over solids: peel the lid and pour it over toast, pancakes or curd. It suits breakfast trays, flights, minibars and gifting boxes.

How do hotels and cafes use them?

On in-room dining trays, in club lounges and specialty tea service, at banquet and conference setups, and inside welcome amenities. Cafes place it beside the cup as a premium alternative to sugar sachets. Honey pods join the same programmes on breakfast trays and in-room dining, wherever honey is poured rather than stirred. The guest peels and stirs, or peels and pours; the team simply counts portions per cover.

Can the packaging carry our branding?

Yes. The packaging is designed with a dedicated space for a partner logo, and private-label programmes for hotels, gifting companies and retailers are part of our offer. Minimum volumes apply and depend on the format, so tell us about your requirement through the enquiry form.

What are the bulk and MOQ options?

Miss Miel is currently onboarding pilot partners. Bulk cartons and case packs for hospitality, offices and gifting are the planned tiers, and exact minimums and pricing are shared with your quotation once samples are ready. An enquiry now places you on the first-taste list.

What is the shelf life, and how should it be stored?

Honey is naturally long-keeping, and every sealed spoon and pod carries its batch number and best-before date on the pack. Store it cool, dry and away from direct sunlight. Exact shelf-life figures are confirmed per batch on the product specification sheet we share with quotations.

Is a single-serve format sustainable?

A fair question for any single-serve product. Each spoon replaces both a sachet and a separate stirrer or washed spoon; each pod replaces the sticky portion tub on the tray. Both portion exactly and cut the waste of over-poured bulk honey. We are working with our packaging partners toward recyclable options, and we would rather share an honest roadmap than print a green label.

Where is Miss Miel based, and where do you deliver?

Miss Miel is based in Gujarat, India and works with buyers across India. Export enquiries are welcome; documentation support is part of the offer as we grow.
